Dr. Sonia Ajini
The firm’s Founder & Managing Director, Dr. Sonia Ajini, is a seasoned multi-lingual legal professional having obtained her Master of Law in 2003 in her home country of Slovakia, her Doctorate in 2005, Master in Maritime Law in 2014 from London Metropolitan University.
On the basis of her professional background and experience she has handled, counseled and delivered legal services on diverse cases including commercial, contract, corporate, banking, maritime, and financial aspects, as well as successful debt collection and recovery, mergers and acquisitions, arbitrary dispute resolution and complex corporate restructuring. Sonia has delivered legal opinions concerning multiple issues of Cyprus company law, employment law, and AML compliance and others.

Alexandros Michael
Alexandros is a multi-lingual law graduate of Kapodistrian university of Athens. He has six years of law practice in Athens handling cases which concern criminal, civil, heritage, human rights, European Union laws, international law, international private law, shipping, administration law and family law. Alexandros is admitted in the Bar Association of Greece and Cyprus.
He has written and published numerous articles, particularly dealing with the constitutional law of Cyprus and Greece, and European Union laws and regulations.

Leda Kaloghirou
Leda previously worked for one of the leading corporate law and shipping law firms in Cyprus and has over 30 years experience in Cyprus Shipping (registration, transfer, renaming, sale/deletion, re-flagging of ships), as well as the full range of Cyprus Company matters.
She also specialises in translation work (from English into Greek and vice versa) of various legal documents, such as Memoranda and Articles of Association (both Cypriot and foreign companies), Court Documents and Affidavits, Contracts, Agreements, Mortgage Deeds, Deeds of Covenants, Guarantees etc.
